Hannah helps register voters
March 16th, 2008Hannah, the Northampton Democratic Committee voter registration mascot takes time out to pose for the camera at our very successful registration drive on Saturday, March 15, 2008. There was a steady stream of registration changes from Republican to Democrat. Thanks to all that helped!
Hannah’s owner is Debbie Glessner. Hannah is in training to become a therapy dog, hopefully to work in schools as part of a Pet Assisted Learning program.

Thanks!
January 11th, 2008I cannot thank everyone enough for their dedication, support and hardwork in getting Frank and I elected to the Northampton Township Board of Supervisors. He and I look forward to serving you over the next 6 years. The first meeting was quite a contentious night. Look forward to seeing you all at upcoming meetings and Township Events. Happy and healthy new year to all!!

January 11th, 2008Local Politics are not always nice
January 11th, 2008I am not sure where the rule comes from that local politics should always be nice. When one party rules, as has been the case in Northampton Township since day one in it’s history until now, little if any dissension is ever shown to the public. Decisions were made behind closed doors before a public meeting and the “club” generally came out with a united front. Now that we have a split board we will see more heated discussion at public board meetings. While this would appear to be just political bickering it really is a good thing and is part of our long established political process. If Frank and Jim were not constantly questioning then they would not really be representing us would they? They really do have a “watchdog” position. What do you think?
Primary race
January 11th, 2008Ok lets get a discussion started! Who do you think will win the Democratic presidential nomination?
